One year ago, Jibin Benoy was killed, and London Police haven't given up hope on arresting the person responsible.
The 29-year-old cyclist was hit by a car on Hamilton Road near Little Grey Street around 4:40 a.m. on September 18, 2022.
Benoy was on his way home from a shift at a King Street restaurant when the crash happened. He was then rushed to hospital and later succumbed to his injuries.
On Monday, London police said that the investigation is still active and they continue to search for suspect in the case.
The car involved in the collision has been described as a blue two-door sedan with a loud exhaust system. Police said the vehicle was damaged on the front passenger side of the bumper and windshield. Police also released a video of the car driving down Richmond Street not long before the crash.
Investigators say there were three or four people inside the car that hit Benoy.
