A single-vehicle crash in southeast London has claimed the life of one person.
Emergency crews were called to the area of Hamilton Road and Commissioners Road East around 5:30 p.m. Sunday. Two people were found suffering from serious injuries when officers arrived on scene, London police said.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene, while another was taken to hospital with injuries described as "serious."
The name and age of the deceased individual has not been released.
Drivers were asked to avoid Hamilton Road while the police traffic management unit conducted an investigation.
