OPP are releasing the identity of a truck driver struck and killed while walking along the shoulder of Hwy. 401 in Elgin County.
Investigators say Zdzislaw Nowak, 67, of North York was killed when he was struck by an eastbound car near Blacks Rd around 1:30pm on February 15.
The driver of the car, a 35-year-old man from Ilderton, was not injured when he hit Nowak.
Police say the investigation is on going. No charges have been laid.
