Victims identified in Middlesex triple murder

Ontario Provincial Police say the three people found dead over the weekend in Middlesex County have been identified.

Officers from the Middlesex County OPP responded Sunday morning to the area of Bodkin Rd. and Jones Drive in Middlesex Centre, after the trio was found deceased. Police were alerted to a grey pickup truck in a field off Bodkin Rd shortly before the bodies were discovered.

Post-mortems of the deceased conducted at the Ontario Forensic Pathology Service in Toronto confirmed that the three people were murdered.

All three were of the Six Nations of the Grand River. They have been identified as Melissa Trudy Miller, 37; Alan Grant Porter, 33; and Michael Shane Jamieson, 32, according to OPP Constable Max Gomez.

The investigation is still proceeding. The OPP is asking for help in identifying the pickup seen at the location before 10 a.m. Sunday. It is described as a grey 2006 Chevrolet Silverado. A similar model is pictured above.
