Londoners are being asked to weigh in on the city's current accessible taxi services.
The City of London launched a new online survey on Wednesday to gather feedback as it looks into options for implementing a new incentive program for those in the accessible vehicle-for-hire sector.
The six-question survey classifies accessible transportation services as taxis that use ramps or lifts and asks Londoners how frequently and what time of day they are using these services. Participants can also share their input on the cost of accessible taxis and whether they consider the current service level to be good, average, or poor.
There is also a section for Londoners to add additional comments.
The incentive program would help mitigate the costs associated with operating a wheelchair accessible taxi so that operators are driven to improve services for customers, the city said on its website.
