A malfunctioning heater is being blamed for an apartment fire in north London.
Firefighters were called to the small blaze at the Blossom Gate Apartments on Kipps Lane around 3:30 p.m. Thursday. The fire was contained to a single unit.
No one was hurt, fire officials said.
The cause of the blaze was determined to be an electrical malfunction in a heater.
Damage was minimal.
